Allergies and Intolerances
We work in a multi ingredient open minded fast moving kitchen and embrace that in a modern world many of us are affected by some ingredients. These tend to be used in the food industry to aid their manufacturing processes. That is not the Goldstone and Head Chef Chris’ way. We always have wheat flour and nuts ranging around the kitchen but we will always let you know which dishes they are in and always have alternatives on the go. Please let us know if you have an allergy or if you have guests who have and we will be pleased to sort it. We have no desire to be screaming anaphylactic shock at the emergency services.
